Shipping

BarnBuilt currently ships across Canada. Available methods, costs, taxes and estimated delivery windows are shown during Shopify checkout where possible. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, order volume or remote destinations.

Returns

Eligible unused standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaged securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Final-Sale Products

Custom products and all wax products are final sale. Used products, gift cards, clearance items and products damaged through misuse are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report visible shipping damage, missing items or incorrect products within seven days of delivery. Include the order number, clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Limited Warranty

BarnBuilt products include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects unless a product page states otherwise. The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, improper storage or damage outside the intended use.
